The Director of WRAP Services is responsible for ensuring development and ongoing improvement of WRAP Services, which includes Life Coaches (case management type services) and benefits planning. Job duties are as follow:

  • Oversee Benefits Services and Life Coaches; providing support and technical assistance
  • Develop and implement new WRAP services strategy; recruitment and referral of clients
  • Develop and achieve Key Performance Indicators annually
  • Carry caseload as a Life Coach when required
  • Ongoing updating of Community Resource Index and/or database as a resource for referrals to community resources
  • Draft realistic revenue forecast and budget for WRAP services.
  • In-depth analytical reporting to measure progress on Key Performance Indicators
  • Serve as an enthusiastic, well-informed  agency spokesperson at key events to raise awareness, understanding, and support for agency programs
  • Stays current with organizational strategies and programs to remain a content expert in potential community organization recommendations
  • Assists in creating and providing training to staff, board members, and volunteers to meet Key Performance Indicators
  • Provide benefits planning assistance to program participants; review benefits analyses developed by staff



  • Bachelor’s degree in social services or similar field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in service oriented environment with at least two of those in leadership positions of increasing responsibility.
  • Preferred Certified Work Incentive Coordinator (if not will be achieved within 1st year of employment)
  • Demonstrable experience in contract management.
  • Proven record of developing and implementing strategic plans to grow services while improving quality of outcomes.
  • Proven record of leading significant change in programs.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with case management data systems
  • Versatility and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to draft business correspondence with proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Ability to recognize potential problems within processes and recommend appropriate solutions
  • A high degree of sensitivity towards all persons with or without different abilities/disadvantages
  • Microsoft Office and Windows proficiency
  • Must have and maintain reliable transportation, clean MVR, valid license and insurance to transport clients and/or drive for company-related business
