The Production Associate is responsible for providing excellent service both in the front of the store, as well as the donation door. This is a part-time position (24-28 hours a week). They will be performing a variety of duties throughout the store included but not limited to the following:
Register Operation/ Sales Floor:
Candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
A. Meeting and exceeding production standards per hours worked unless assigned to other tasks.
B. Shares responsibility, based on store needs, in stocking the production station.
C. Ensuring loss prevention and process flow guidelines are followed
A. Maintaining appropriate security of cash and donated goods
B. Operate register, as directed
C. Complying to Agency policies and procedures
D. Ensuring a high level of customer service both front and back
A. Performing duties according to safety expectations and procedures
B. Ensuring the physical safety of the back room and sales floor
C. Cleaning production station after every shift
D. Communicating safety issues and concerns to ensure quick resolution
